Computers,
wifi and internet connection:
Wifi will be available. The SSID and password will be given to
you when you get here. No laptop identification will be needed.
Be sure to be in DHCP.
We will also set up some ethernet connections.
There will be a computer room with some X terminals (with browser and
shh).
If you need to print a document or make a photocopy, please contact the
secretariat.

Registration on
Monday
We would very much appreciate that those of you not taking the bus from
CERN on Monday 26th June, reach the venue
of the Workshop at 8.45am to register, so that registration goes
smoothly. We will also avoid crowding especially when the
CERN bus arrives.
The registration fee covers all three lunches, coffee breaks, the
dinner/cruise on Tuesday evening and bus from/to CERN. It amounts to
120 euros payable CASH
to the conference office on arrival.
Bus
from CERN
For those who have registered to take the bus on Monday morning, please
remember that the bus will leave at 8.00 am.
The bus will leave from the main gate, Entrance B, click
here to view.
The bus company is SABA.
If in the meantime you have found a lift with someone driving
from CERN, please let us know as soon as possible so that we update
the list we are giving to the driver.
On Wednesday, the bus will stop at Geneva airport also.
Banquet and cruise on Tuesday evening
Please do not miss the boat! Boarding is at 8pm SHARP. The cruise
and dinner is until 10.30pm. Just in case you wanted to get to the
hotel before
10.30 pm, be warned. On the other hand, you can stay on the boat
(dance,,...) till midnight.
Just in case it gets a bit chilly, think about bringing a jacket or
pullover.
